Completion Date: numerous projects from 2015-2018  
Site area:  Chicago SAIC campus
Carmen Vidal-Hallett provided 3 years of Construction management  for the School of The Art institute of Chicago. Project examples include  every year renovations of the residence hall apartments in need providing new sustainability standards for the renovations. 

Another example is the Gene Siskel Theater complete renovation and many other educational and administrative spaces with budget ranging between $200,000 to $1,500,000 depending on the scale of the project. The team utilized  Procore software to work with designers and GCs.
